Vegas 2010 with the Johnsons

Wednesday, we flew to Vegas to meet Amy & Weston for a short vacation. We had SO much fun! It is always a good time with them. We stayed at the New York New York for two nights. We crammed alot into 2 1/2 days. Amy and I got up enough guts to play blackjack at the tables and we did awesome!! That is definitely my new game now. The tables are so much more fun than the machines. We ate great food and had great drinks. If you ever make it to the NYNY, you've got to eat at Gallagher's. Holy crap. The steaks are SO good! There also is a piano bar at the hotel and piano bars are ALWAYS a good time!

Thursday night we went and saw a murder mystery comedy show called "Marriage Can Be Murder". That was quite an entertaining time. I don't know who was funnier to watch, the actors or Weston. That is definitely a "you had to be there" kind of story so I won't even try to explain:-) Ryan was called out of the audience to be part of the band. His job was to "play" the blow up saxophone behind the "dead" body. What was hysterical was that he played it like a guitar! Of all people, Ryan getting called out of any audience is just downright classic!

We've decided we need to make this an annual trip! We better start saving now! We also better start sweet talking Mom. She stayed with the twins while we were gone and I think she is in need of a looooong vacation after that!

Why I insist on looking like a freakin' dork with my arm shot is beyond me! It also looks like Ryan is really grasping to get ahold of me. I'm not THAT big dangit!!

We started out small!

BIG winners!!
WOW! 30 cents!!
We went to Coyote Ugly and these are all the bras on the ceiling. Somehow they get girls to take their bras off but I can't remember. Mine was NOT one of them!

How cool are they with their cee-gars?!

I waited in line for AT LEAST 20 minutes for this freaking drink! It was worth it though. You just can't leave Vegas without a bitchen guitar souvenir glass!

Amy & I with our big Blackjack winnings!

This picture is just cool.

March 2010

Wow! I am SO behind! I guess I'll just do a nice, little generic post for March. Finding time to blog just isn't as easy as it used to be. It's more like "Mommy, Mommy, Mom, Mommy, MOMMY, Momma, MOMMA!!" these days and so on... Here are some random pics for you.

Reagan loves to dress Lillie up. It's usually just in hats since that's all that will fit her (almost fit anyways..)
Grandpa Mike has had this collectible truck in it's original box (and 2 others) for almost 20 years and Hunter was lucky enough to get one! He loves it!

Trevor got one too!

SCARY STORY: Mom and I went out shopping because the twins really needed some clothes. Ryan said all was well even though he was still working. I didn't hear anything from Ryan the entire time we were gone but when I got home, this is what I found. When I walked in, the fridge doors were wide open and EVERYTHING was pulled out of it (ketchup, jelly, bbq sauce, etc..) and poured all over the couch... and floor.. and chair...

Even the hardboiled eggs!

Then Hunter decided to put his "own" pajamas on. Even though they were Reagan's.

They really do love each other:-)

Dang! Look at that belly! Oh.. he's gonna kill me some day for this pic!

Pigtail time has arrived:-)

Little Monkey Bizness

They opened a Little Monkey Bizness close to us and we took Hunter and Reagan the other day. That place is a true Godsend for parents. It's completely contained and totally safe for kids to just run and play and have a great time. There are tables and a coffee bar with snacks outside the play area where mom's (and grandma's!) can sit and relax. I may start making this a weekly adventure for us:-)

Tyler's 6th Birthday

I'm a little late on this post but Tyler's 6th birthday was a couple weeks ago and she had a tea party for her birthday. It was soooo cute and Ronda did an amazing job with all of the decor and fun. Reagan was definitely the youngest at the party but she fit right in with all the fun. She got to wear her Easter dress early but unfortunately she didn't have white shoes yet (hello? I at least know that much about fashion.. no white before Easter:-) ).

Miss Birthday Girl Tyler
I love Trevor's face in this one.

Here's the reason I didn't allow Hunter to come!!

All the girls brought their favorite doll and this is what Trevor did with all of them!

Reagan loves her buddy Taylor

Reagan with her favorite doll "Chelsea"

But.. she is 2 so the ball toy was still the highlight of her night!

Most of the girls from the party. It's missing Jillian.

Kristi & Mom
The placesetting's were adorable. Real tea sets!

Ronda made the cake and if you ask me, she did an awesome job!! If you're not aware, us Decker girls are NOT so great in any baking/cooking form.
