Happy, Happy 1st Birthday to my PRECIOUS Hunter & Reagan!!

Today was Hunter & Reagan's 1st birthday. It's hard to tell where this past year has gone so quickly, but it has been the most incredible year in my life. As I'm sure everyone knows, it was a long, hard road to get these guys and the fact that they are really, truly here just amazes me every day. They have such unique characteristics and make me laugh constantly. They are already the best of friends and can't stand being apart. They play so well together, except for the occasional toy-steal that puts one in a major meltdown:-) I never imagined how life-fulfilling children can be. They have definitely brought us the absolute most love and joy possible. I love you Hunter Ryan and I love you Reagan Marie. Happy Birthday!

Babies First Thanksgiving

Unfortunately, I don't have the best pics of Thanksgiving. I must have been too interested in eating all the food and drinking all the wassail!!! The only "Baby's First Thanksgiving" bibs we could find were seriously for BABIES! It cracks me up how small Hunter's bib looks on him. It was a pretty mellow Thanksgiving. It was just Ryan, Reagan, Hunter and I over at Mom & Dad's house. We ate a ton of great food and then watched National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation. Truly the best Christmas movie ever! Hunter and Reagan LOVED dancing to the intro song. They're such great dancers:-)

Hunter's First Haircut

I took Hunter to get his very first haircut today. He has crazy, fly-away hair and was in much need of a cut. We met Trevor there for his first haircut as well. Reagan was home sleeping. She is just a (very!) bald beauty so it may be a couple years before she needs a haircut:-)

First Birthday Party

Yesterday, we had Hunter & Reagan's first birthday party. Their birthday isn't until Friday but that is Black Friday and no one is going to be in town! The party was so much fun. I couldn't have asked for them to act any better. They had a great time! Mom, Dad, Ronda, Gary, Tyler, Trevor, Danny, Kristi, Cody, Caitlyn, Rob, Amy, & Weston were all here to celebrate. They got all sorts of very cool gifts. I made my most favorite enchiladas ever - my friend Susan' recipe. They were a hit! We followed the party with some poker. I lost pretty darn quick. Shocker! This past year went by very quickly and I know that will only be the case now since having kids. They grow so fast. Reagan is walking all over the place. Hunter is perfectly content with crawling and that is perfectly fine:-)
